+Of each of the 13 lost civilizations of ‘’man that was’’ each had a Elysia Center00 facility though each had a name they had a numerical designation 00-12.

+  Each Elysia Center was a crucible of creation wherein all things great and small mankind needed were created, water harvested and purified food production, power supplied. built to empower mankind for all eternity in days long before their wain.
