Schaken-Mods 4cdbd64fd2 Optimizes and fixes 
Added ownership to all items, added perk points for certain things, added a male outfit, going thru and removing all BLEND files and replacing with FBX, fixed a few errors when loading between scenes, moved Wothabs Entry door a little so its not at the border of a cell, Joe Biden sucks.

Schaken-Mods 9092858a58 updated to the latest editor 
I updated everything to the latest Unity Editor. Also realized I had the wrong shaders on my hairs, those are fixed and the hairs look MUCH better!

Schaken-Mods d2c5e0c92c Update 4/25/23 
Worked on the Editor's Actor creator. NPC's can now have custom colored skins and hairs.

Schaken-Mods 04f86d7e06 All Races and character menu is finished. 
I built a beta so I can actually play the game and test it. Character menu is finished and all races are done. A few hairs clearly need edited otherwise it all looked good from what I could see.
